 Safe Baby Handling Tips I got a kick out of these.  These are from a book called Safe Baby Handling Tips, available here. The kit includes the book, stickers, magnets, and more. And is cheaper than buying the book alone, even used.      |

| That was hilarious! I loved the one about the dos and don't of the baby milking  . My parents actually did one of the don'ts on that list. It was the one about not tossing the baby up in the air - my father did that to me a number of times when I was a baby.  Last edited by seeker5 : 01-25-2008 at 05:03 PM. |

| That buckling up baby one brought back a memory for me. When my dd was a baby I lived 100km from my parents and asked to stay the night over taking a train home at nighttime. My sister told me she would drive me and even though I said no because she didn't have the proper attachments for the carseat, went ahead and put my baby in her van. She couldn't understand why I screamed at her and burst into tears - she had the baby in the front seat with the belt going across her throat! And yes I stayed the night at Mum's. One of DH's nephews who is over 6 foot very regularily tossed his baby daughter about 6 foot into the air. Can't tell them though because they "know" everything. |
