Hi, yes I made it yesterday, it tastes fantastic but the texture is just a little dry and crumbly so I am seeking help from the pro pastry chef bakers as to what i may have done to have caused this, I want to make a big batch of choc ,liqueur fudge next month with my daughter for our gathering at Christmas , but need to iron out a few kinks first....

but it sure tasted good!!
