I was bored and felt like writing, so I randomly threw down part of a story. So I want you all to add to it. You can be as dramatic, funny, or weird as you want or write as much as you want- I don't care. Let's see what you got. Tom grabbed the camera from the table and sat down on the couch. Jan, his neighbor, was outside watering the grass. She's a sweet middle age women and a career counselor at the local high school. Tom had always wondered what it would be like to be back in high school again. He regrets the choices he made; besides, with a counselor like Jan, he would probably be in a pretty good career by now. Not because she's good at what she does, but because she's cute and Tom is obsessed with her. Tom wipes the dust from the camera lens and stands by the window. “Click click”. Tom was an average guy. Average height, slightly over weight, balding head, and a rather sloppy appearance when it comes to clothes and hygiene. He works for the local newspaper, delivering papers. He doesn't make much, but Tom isn't much for spending money. As long as he has his camera and his secret room, he's a happy guy...

Jan looked up and thought she saw a movement in an upstairs window. But when she did, she ended up spraying water on the cat. The cat, having gone from sleeping feline to fully enraged behemoth in the time it takes for light to travel a metre, leapt up as a soaking, howling mass of fur, claws and teeth. Jan laughed, then realized the cat was making a beeline for the open window of her car. "Oh crap," she thought, "If that soaked cat gets in the car it will SHRED the leather on the seats..."

The 1997 Mustang GT rumbled deeply in response to the feel of Woofie the Cat's sharp claws. Its headlights flared twice, but there was no key in the ignition, no gas in the tank, and the electrical system had shorted out the day before during the monsoon.
