Thankyou !!

I was so nervous making the fondant Roses , as I have never done this before... I hope my step daughter likes it, the good thing is , if she doesn't all i have to do is rip off the fondant and re do it again...

yes sure...actually there are vegan cakes as well as cupcakes being done by bakers, I am just discovering this myself

Oh I hope so.... like i said if she wants to see it now and is not happy with it, I can just rip the fondant off and redo it something more simple.... I tried to make a classy cake , and not gawdy(Sp), as this is not my daughters style

I hope i pulled it off to her liking...... The Roses take the longest to make as they take awhile to dry before you can even put them on the cake, same as the fondant beads.............however once they are dry these embelishments can be stored in a box for years !!! they won't break down , I used a Marshmallow fondant for this cake dummy

I may today make more Roses because one batch is just a shade to dark

the picture actually doesn't do it justice as it is darker in the pic than in real life, the cake is ivory and the Roses are a deeper ivory but not sure if i like some of the Roses that dark
