Default In which Erin writes a blog just for me.

A soul mate doesn’t have to be a life partner, though. Your intended “soul mate” could turn out to just be a very good friend or companion to you in this life. Marriage is a man-made construct and has nothing to do with the energy you’ll share with this special soul.
Okay, maybe it isn't just for me, but it is something I struggle with all the time. I feel like I'm so ready for the "man-made construct," but I keep running into people that I connect to on a soul level... and it is confusing. I want them to be one and the same.

Sigh.

It has been very disappointing these past few months and a bit of a roller-coaster. Now I'm late to a meeting and can't write more, thanks for the post.

Default A fun little question game

Erin, based on the life lessons you've learned so far this time, what if you were given a choice now to set up your next incarnation --

For you and your soul mate (the entire spiritual entitities, not just "Erin" and "Steve"), your life situation, relationship and major challenge/lesson/theme?

How would you set up that game?

but I keep running into people that I connect to on a soul level...
this happens to me as well.!!!!!!...... I've also connected with people on a spiritual level to the point that all they have to do is say just a couple of things to me, nothing really important, and voila! I have an entire poem fill me, from first to last stanza..... I don't understand it , but it is awsome.... sometimes i don't even know what the poem is about......... but i figure I was open enough to recieve the blessing so i share it with the person who happened to be my muse....., other times i can be at the grocery store, and a person will smile and just say something like " oh the produce is great today huh".......and i look up , look in their eyes, and i litterally feel my stomache flip flop and a smile posesses my entire face...... it was like a kiss to my soul
It was not about the produce of course, or the price of the meat, or how big or small the grocery store isles were..... it was the connection of spirit to spirit or soul to soul

Another time, we were shopping for a car, a used car something small to get us from a to b, we ended up coming to this young mans home to see his car
hubby and he talked abit about the car, and all of a sudden I knew this man*
I knew his spirit, I said "hey you are a believer in Christ aren't you"? Hubby looked at me quite angry as what i said was totally personal and totally inapropriate lol ............. He smiled back and said YEP, just finished my last year of bible college...... he smiled back and shook my hand...

later hubby asks "how did you know that" about this person, I said it was a spirit connection, I just knew it * he says "yeah right" .... did not believe my answer

so I looked at him and said , did you notice that the young man did not ask me how I knew that :-)) why? heheehhee

I was chatting one day on a forum and this person started telling me that he was sad that he would have to leave his family to go and do something with the Navy....... and instantly* this is what filled and imprinted my mind , it happens so fast and there is no thought on my part what so ever...it is just there .....

The Lovesick Sailor
Just as red is to the rose
The sun to the glory of the sky
I am but a Sailor to sea
My love I bed you a forlorne goodbye~
Just as the captain to his command
The stars that shine each night
Many are the nights I lay awake
Dreaming of you each night
Time is to endless days
so near yet afar
A grrown mans tear unseen
My heart you truly are
But we shall be soon my love
Near' but now apart
Even as the fade of this Rose
But ne'r dull in heart....

So i typed this poem back to him as quickly as it came
and he said "oh wow"! how did you know i feel alot like that?
