Since I released the first ebook, “Intro to Chakras” I’ve had the opportunity to work with many people and I’ve since expanded my understanding of the Chakras. There is SO MUCH to learn about this, but I prefer to share the information that is the most PRACTICAL.

The first, and most important advanced piece that I want to share is the emphasis on the front AND BACK Chakras. It is important to open, cleanse, and balance BOTH SIDES.

The Sacral, Solar-plexus, Heart, Throat and Third-eye Chakras need to be checked in front AND ALSO BEHIND. The Root and Crown Chakras do not have a front and back.

A simplified way of explaining the difference between the front and back Chakras would be to say that the FRONT Chakras are the Giving Chakras, and the BACK Chakras are the Receiving Chakras.

Some examples of what this could mean:

Sacral (Orange) Chakra

Now, we know that generally speaking, the Orange Chakra deals with relationships and abundance. Let’s say that you are a single guy, looking for a girlfriend, and your Orange Chakra is OPEN IN FRONT but yet CLOSED IN BACK.

What would happen?

You would go out and talk to girls all night long until you are blue in the face, but since your RECEIVING Chakra is closed in the back, you would get absolutely nowhere with them.

Even though you are able to GIVE (Approaching) you still would not be able to RECEIVE (Closing the deal) a girlfriend. The girl could be standing right in front of you and ready to go home with you, but you wouldn’t know how to interpret the positive “yes signals” she is giving you. For example, she could give you a nice compliment and you wouldn’t even hear it. It might go right over your head.

Since the Orange Chakra also deals with abundance and creativity, and example of someone who is open in front and closed from the back, this is a person who probably works very hard FOR OTHERS. But because he isn’t open to receiving creativity and abundance, this person will always be a “slave” and probably never build a prosperous business.

The opposite of that (Closed in front, open in back) would be an example of a prosperous business owner who hoards his money, rather than letting his abundance flow. I’m sure you can all think of someone who is like that! As with each Chakra (and LIFE in general), the goal would be to open both sides (front and back) so that the energy flows and to achieve a BALANCE.

For example, I’m able to save money (abundance) for my future home, but I’m not so greedy and cheap to not at least tip my waitress. My giving and receiving are in balance.

Speaking of that, what would happen to someone who struck it rich but had a closed Chakra in the back? Think of all of those lottery winners who end up with nothing after only two years! Since they were not of an abundance mentality to begin with, they didn’t know how to keep their money. They weren’t able to hold that high-level frequency of abundance.


Solar-Plexus (Yellow) Chakra

This is the Power Chakra, and also deals with knowing your direction in life. An example of Yellow, open in the front but closed in the back is someone who is able to move forward (Power and direction) but doesn’t stop to keep on educating him/herself for example.

Since they are closed in the back, they don’t allow themselves to RECEIVE MORE POWER and direction (education being one way to do that).

Of course, the opposite of that (closed in front, open from behind) might be someone who is studying for his or her third PhD but still hasn’t begun working in his or her chosen field. They keep accumulating more and more power (education) but don’t actually USE IT!


Heart (Green) Chakra

I’m sure you know at least one person in your life that gives and gives and gives, yet never allows him/herself to RECEIVE anything. This person has an open Heart Chakra in the front, but CLOSED in the back.

Or the opposite of that person who takes and takes, but never gives back in return. This person is probably OPEN IN THE BACK, but closed in the front. Again, both these people should try to achieve a balance between giving AND receiving.


Throat (Blue) Chakra

This Chakra deals with communication – Speaking Your Truth.

An example of someone with a Throat Chakra that is OPEN IN FRONT but closed in the back would be a person who can clearly communicate their own truths, but aren’t open to receiving NEW TRUTHS!

Some people might call this person a “Know-it-all”.

The thing is that “The Truth” is an ever-changing energy; evolution is not over. “The Truth” is an energetic set of potentialities that exists in many dimensions, and the higher the frequency the higher the truth.

When Jesus (Yeshua) said, “Seek and you shall find…” he never said, “And then you’ll know everything and you can stop seeking!” Hence the old saying, “Learn from those who seek the truth; run from those who claim to have found it.”

This is the difference between someone who is Religious vs. someone who is on a Spiritual path. Religious people will read the Bible, accept everything in it without question, and then think they’re enlightened. A person who is on a true Spiritual path will continue to question authority and to seek higher and higher
truths.

How about an example of someone with a closed Throat Chakra IN FRONT and an open Throat Chakra from behind?

This person will be open to receiving more knowledge and truths from the Universe, but will be UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE IT. An example might be a person who witnesses a murder but doesn’t tell anyone for fear of getting killed herself.


Third-Eye (Indigo) Chakra

A Third-eye Chakra that’s open in front, closed in back. An example for this is it would hinder their ability to see past lives since the information from the Akashic Records would be unable to enter from the back.

Remember, the back Chakras deal with RECEIVING, so the back Third-eye Chakra is what allows us to receive psychic awareness from the Universe. Now, if the Third-eye Chakra is open in back but closed in front, this person might be receiving information, but isn’t able to correctly interpret it.

An example would be someone who is able to SEE their Spirit Guides, but unable to actually RECEIVE (hear/interpret) the messages.
