| Erin! I know I've read before about your transformational moment, but I didn't know you were experiencing so much doubt/fear before that! I don't know why that brings me comfort, but it does. |

| Erin, I'm always inspired most by how open you are. I was honored to be the first official audience member of the personal stories you shared with me in the interview. I was truly moved and comforted by your story of the financial challenges you lived through -- as nearly everyone has been in a place like that and struggled to find meaning -- something positive... It's so easy to look at someone you admire and compare yourself to her and think "Oh, look at her, she's got it all together. I wish I could be like her..." and then go on to think you're NOT or you don't... You give the people you reach a lot of hope just by sharing in such a straightforward way. And you prove a point that you can continue to grow and evolve, even by experiencing the things that break your heart. Thanks again for the great opportunity to interview you. xxxooo Slade
