I don't know much about parallel universes so don't feel qualified to comment. Am interested in knowing more however. If you have a link or book that explains them that would be great.

Basically it states theres a universe for EVERY POSSIBLE thing you can do.
Think about all you can do ANYTHING you can do, thats ur parallel universes, a inifnite number where u at this moment is a serial killer, married to all the people in the world etc. etc. etc. To me it seems far fetched. Why is this the only logical universe where your straight then and take choices?

I respect your opinion and yeah no doubt I SUCK at physics, I just read a lot about parallel universes as not even being science its just imaignation. Theres NO proof or even theory on this, real scientists dney to call it a theory cause NOTHING points to this.

It was developed by a scifi geek who sings in a scifi band and was just continued to be developed. Seems like the theory of christinaity is better LOL

I do apologize for my rather rude comment. . Well in fact, the only thing the evidence can possiblly point to is parallel universes, that is all M-theory at the moment points too. Well if you look at the documentary, sure there no proof for the hypothesis, but theres nothing that disproves it. I'm a little skeptical of it, I believe a more rational explanation will soon be along, then the top scientists will all start jumping on that bandwagon, whatever it may be.

I don't think professors from the massachusetts institute of technology, Princeton, Two from Harvard, one from Cambridge and a guy from New York is a scifi geek

These guys spend their lives dedicated to this, if they can see a rational explanation in it, then I think we should be able too to. Not that we shouldn't form our own opinions of it though.

Too "what the bleep" for my taste but yeah the idea of parallel universes is close to scientific fact nowadays. One theory is that blackholes help regulate the energy in the universe by throwing energy out of our system as (dark?) energy comes in. I think the "astral" is one such parallel universe. Also, while it is true that science is moving away from the particle conception of matter to a more elegant wave or string conception, string theory or M theory the way it is right now is nowhere near scientific fact. Oh and one more thing: Davetyler, a little more grammar would help, thanks.
