How do people physically feel spirits?
 

I've seen alot of tv shows where people go haunted houses and they say they feel like someone or something is touching them, so I am currious. How do people physically feel spirits? Is it easier to feel a ghost than a higher energy being?

When the spirits energy merges with yours, you feel it in your own energy field. It can make you feel tired, nauseous, dizzy, tingly, itchy, and the like.

Higher energy beings usually make you feel chills on one side of your body.
