Ghost pets

I've been having these weird instances where I feel the bed moving, like there was something else on it, and feeling like there's something next to me that's usually around my legs. I did a meditation on it once and I felt 3 cats, one above my head, one on my stomach and the other is around my legs. I didn't realize it until later that they could have been my cats that died awhile back because they always slept that way when I went to bed. Now a few days ago I woke up and saw a shadow of a cat jumping off my bed, which is impossible to be a real cat because I don't have cats in the house. So I'm not exactly sure if what I saw was real, but I do know I also felt something get off my bed... I've felt this stuff go on since... I've gotten into this kind of stuff, (around august)

So my question is... Do cats (or other pets come back from the dead)? And why?

Critters have souls , same as all of us . I would say it is the ghost of a cat , or some of its left over energy . As to why , I would guess you would need to ask the cat . desert rat

I used to visit an animal communication list and I often read stories about the spirits of pets sticking around after they die. Some of the animal communicators on the list were able to connect to the spirits of these pets and from what they said the reasons the pets don't leave is very similar to why human spirits sometimes don't leave. I remember this one spirit cat that stuck around to help protect the house and it's beloved human. Others were just so attached to their humans they didn't want to leave them.

I don't think they "come back from the dead" per say. I think that it's more like a left over energy that wasn't properly disposed of and so they are still here but not completely. (It's like a malfunction in the process of life. Other examples of malfunctions I think is when babies are born defective, or with both male and female organs or with a tale, or two of them share an organ physically). So that's when life screws up at the beginning. But it also does so at the end sometimes and the people and pets don't disappear properly.

I'm sure there are "ghost pets." And they sure are much cleaner than regular pets. No smell, no messes to clean up, they're great. ;) Seriously, I'm sure pets can come back from the dead as ghosts, but unfortunately the only real pets I've ever had were goldfish and tadpoles. So, I've never experienced this phenomena myself.
