Great article! I see lights or orbs in my bedroom after meditating. They are intensely white and remind me of Christmas lights on a tree when they spark. It was not frightening at all. They appear on the same side of the room to my right and over my head. I always see them in my bedroom. I have only seen them on 2 occasions at my office at work--they only seem to come when I am alone. I believe this was my Spirit Guide Jimmie. Hmmm . . . I guess it could have been angels.
