I define evil as a person who is intrinsically driven to inflict harm upon others or to see harm inflicted upon others for the sheer joy it brings them. Cho may have been misguided, out for revenge, crying out for help, angry, frustrated, peeved, pissed off, sad, depressed, lonely, etc. But I don't believe he was an evil person.
