Some of the things you wrote before just start making sense to me lately, and this is a good synchronicity for me in exploring my own "light room" and its denizens more consistently.

I tried your shut down and it's really easy. I'm still exhausted easily even with it, but I'm very new to trying to use abilities in public. I think some of my fatigue is maybe stress and focus so maybe as I continue I'll have more energy. Thank you for posting this your tips are very appreciated.
