Dreams or astral projections? Feeling drained afterwards...

I remember you talking about this on you tube about astral projection and well how can you tell? And how do you throw love at it?

I am continually having dreams of waking up in my room and they are so real I actually think I'm awake and then I hear something come in..last night I heard it, felt it, saw it, smelled it (sulfur smell)... And when I woke up I was super drained... And it happens again and again when I go to bed... I have been fighting this dude all night today and I am super drained...

I think I've just become one of those energy vampires... Because I heard my friend saying that he feels really drained after talking to me... I've also noticed my electronic things are dying faster than they are supposed too... I found this out because my mom took my cell phone by accident and kept it the whole day and when she gave it back it still had about 50% power left... But when I have it... It's not even an entire day and it's in the red... I that possible or am I just imagining stuff?

So am I astral projecting or just a dreaming? And I know whatever I am fighting is real otherwise I wouldn't be feeling so tired and drained... That and well, right after I woke up I was feeling a bit scared so I decided to light a candle to calm my nerves... But as soon as the lighter's flame got near the candle wick it would get real low and go out... The first candle I lit went out almost immediatly... So I turned on the lights and tried to light the second candle and when I did the flames were so big! I've never seen a flame become that big before... The candle I lit was one of the ones in the glass tubes and it was less than a quarter full of wax. But the flame was so big it almost reached the top of the tube

I also think it's messing with my third eye or something because I was only able to see it once, and when I woke up my third eye felt wierd then the second/third times I went to sleep I couldn't see it anymore... Just kept swinging something round till I hit something...

Is there a way to not drain your friends of energy? Can you do a podcast on that cause I feel bad taking my friends energies...

You're experiencing sleep paralysis with hypnagogic hallucinations. Metaphorically, you're opening the door to your house but not going outside. Instead you're letting the bugs in. Slam the door closed or step out of your house and close the door behind you. Then you won't be drained.

So how do you close the door? Do you just imagine a door closing or when that happens again... do I close the door when I'm in that situation? Hmm I don't feel like I'm paralyzed because I move around my room... hmmm I'll see what I can do from now on thank you still a bit confused on the explination though hehehe... sorry... but does that mean its all a dream then ?

Is that the same for the strange presenses I feel when my back is turned in my room? Because I get that same feeling in my sleep and when I'm awake too when I am sitting at the computer or reading a book with my back turned :/ its usually What wakes me up at night if that weird dream thing doesn't come first...

does this mean I'm going crazy? Do I need to go to the doctor?
