That's an interesting blog entry. I wasn't entirely sure what to think at first, but then I thought a bit more about it and decided to give it a go. I just sent my nervousness and anxiety away on holiday. I saw a copy of my own self, but he was shaky and, as you'd expect, very nervous. Strangely enough, it randomly made me feel a bit nervous as though I was indeed connecting to that emotion in that moment. I've sent him on his way, though I'm still waiting for this current nervousness to calm down. I also feel a bit drained now. |

That gave me an image of all my negative emotions laying on a beach some where getting drunk that I found quite funny. On Robert Monroes tapes he said put your fears, worries, ect . in a box with a heavy lid. Forget them , turn away, you wont need them. desert rat
