Funny. I just now returned home from volunteering at the Red Cross, where I inadvertently managed to "sneak" some chocolate chip cookies I baked into the store-bought coffee break cookies. It happened that way, because I don't know really how to give anything, in a socially acceptable way. I want to give a lot, but I'm afraid people will say no, they don't want it, or they don't want my help, or...Usually they don't accept anything from me. And most of the time I feel that they do so in order to maintain a certain distance from me (as they are always people I don't know very well). Last edited by Bliss Sage; 07-19-2011 at 09:08 AM. |
