Interesting post. The way I meditate is follow the Corpse Pose. Lie down, relax the body starting with each individual part and loosen them. I start feeling tingling sensation all over my body. (It's similar to when you remain in one position for a long time and our hand or leg goes to sleep, except here it happens fast.) Sometimes, I practice Ho'oponopono in this state.

Near the end, I lose all individual sensation of body parts, it's like I am just a presence.

I am curious to know about different experience that people feel during meditation.

That's how I first started meditating. Feels good! I like that one.

Nowadays, I usually just fire up my chakras, and do a stair meditation, then go to my garden and chat with my guides and higher self.

I'm now experiencing throbbing and flickering in the 3rd eye area. I'm not sure what to do now, do i focus on the breath or the third eye now.

Hi Erin and everyone! I have tried all kinds of different meditations over the years. I have to say that usually what pays off for me is consistency, doing it daily or semi-daily. Lately I've been really into Abraham-Hicks guided meditation. It does a great job at increasing general well-being, not surprisingly since General Well-Being is the name of one of the tracks. It's also a good option for when my mind is scattered.
