Great discussion on an important topic. There is no need to suffer just because you are intuitive. Learning to control your energy and also asking your spiritual team for help goes a long way to resolving this so it's no longer a "problem" but something you can embrace.

First thing is to be objective to the intuition. There should be a space, no matter how small between the observing self and the intuition. That will give some perspective and the impulsive power of the intuition will come under control. Otherwise the self may try to express any intuition which arises, and that sometimes brings unwanted responses from others. A tiny bit of detachment between the self and the intuition, can give the self that moment to decide not to get involved or to get with it, in respect to what the intuition reveals. |

Trusting my intuition has always been difficult because, like most people, I was taught as a child to rely on authority figures, not myself. Learning to trust my intuition meant learning to trust myself. Then, when I opened myself up, it was overwhelming. The mental image that works best for me when trying to regulate the flow is Captain Kirk commanding "Shields Up!" Silly, but effective. BTW, Thanks for adding the transcript to your video blogs. I don't always want the volume on. |
