Very interesting read Erin.

I want to raise a question. I don't know if this happens to everyone or just me, but I notice that when I am scared to experience tingling sensations while sleeping, I am more prone to them.

So perhaps another way to avoid astral projection is to trick yourself into believing that astral projection is harmless, and that you cannot project against your will.

Better yet, in terms of vibration, the more frightened you become of it, the more you become aware of it, and the more you are aware of it, the higher it becomes.

So In order to attract ourselves to our physical body, we have to stop being afraid of the etheric one.
