Erin, congrats on this great article, which has probably just saved my business!

I am self-employed, or as I like to call it, solopreneur, and I'm not even aware of all the hats I wear - or should be wearing.

I absolutely need to do an emergency team meeting with my whole staff, and see who's there. I'm very interested in who they are and what they actually do and their suggestions, as well! And I'm sure I also have to restructure a bit to make things flow again.

I think I'll do this right away!

Uh-uh. what do you do when on top of being CEO, advertiser, accountant, designer, manufacturer you also happen to be a baby-sitter? Maybe I could turn my kids into little designers too....never too young to learn how to hold pliers, hammers and files... (ding-dong! who's that? child protection services?)
