Why does the Individual seemingly forget what they are prior to their first ever Incarnation? Why do only a few remember?

What's the secret formula In regards to remembering what we are?

Can It be done within mind?

Because they have gone through the spiritual awakekining process

The spiritual awakenening process is a very transforming process, where an invidual experiance reality as a dream, but it is a very difficult process to go through - I mean it.

Hi Pandorous .

Yes I am familiar with the hard work that's attached to realizing what we are . I would say the awakening process Is happening to so many of us now . I think the awakening Is only the tip of the Iceberg so to speak . I hear a lot of people say that there Is no work to be done and what we are Is present "right here and right now" which Is true -

but how many realize that and how many just think that what they are Is present?

Is everyone expressing their true nature? I think for that to be so - one needs to realize what they are and what they are not lol .

Seeing reality - the reality that we are all one - changes everything.

I used to work in a free STD clinic. I'm not a nurse or doctor - I just filled out paperwork, called people back to the treatment rooms. A lot of our patients were hookers and drug addicts - not the crowd I usually hang out with. We were expected to be professional and distant.
But one day I experimented. I opened my eyes and heart to our oneness. One patient was high and hostile. When I went out to call him, he was passed out in the waiting room. A moat of empty chairs surrounded him. People were standing against the walls rather than sit near him. But I saw him. I crossed the moat, touched his arm (a no-no) and whispered his name (also a no-no). He opened his eyes and looked at me with such love. I smiled at him. He closed back down immediately, but the hostility was gone. The energy in room shifted. The clinic was a safer, more loving place that day.

Imagine if this was how we lived everyday, instead of an experiment!

It takes real effort and concentrated attention to see reality, to not be distracted by my conditioning and fears. I'm still working on it.

I will let you in on a small secret to enlightenment.
I would like you to sit there, close your eyes, and imagine yourself as a white energy being. No colour, no physicality, just pure pulsating energy in the shape of a human. Now look around you and imagine your entire surroundings as being pure white energy, all just pulsating energy bound by their physical shapes and formations. Imagine a point where nothing is real, everything is just white energy.

If you have seen the matrix movie, then it helps to visualise the formations of objects, not in green code, but in white energy. After you realise that everything is energy, you will realise everything is God. You are God. Your environment is God. We are but moving energy manifestations, where there is no such thing as "I" or "you". Just one.

The only difference between you and your environment is your consciousness. Your consciousness moves the energy of your body, just as it can move your surroundings.

Open you eyes.
You now know the secret to manifestation.
