How do we see spirits?

I'm really interested in communicating with the 'other side' and I think that by doing so it will allow me to realize that death is a natural process and it will perhaps allow me to also help other people with their deceased loved ones. I guess I kinda want to be a medium (?).

Has there been a blog written, teaching how to see spirits? I know some people are afraid of them, but I'm always desperately asking them to show themselves to me; nothing ever happens lol. What should we expect, what would we see/hear/feel?

So is the key really just meditation and raising our vibrational levels? Are people who see spirits just naturally on a higher vibrational level then?

Many many gifted clairvoyants see things in there minds eye.

Some clairvoyants can see things outside of themselves as if they appear physically.

Meditation and raising the vibration are very good things to do to help this process.

I also reccomend reading around a bit for exercises, explanations etc just to get an understanding of what you're getting yourself into. Understand as much as you can about it that way you can also find certain things you enjoy. For example you may be very gifted in scrying.

My belief is that anyone can be a medium if they choose to pursue that. Many don't believe that, but to me i dont see why not. Sometimes though you have to remember that it can be like praticing the piano or any instrument. You must learn the chords and learn how to read the music before you can improvise with it any time.

So learn your chords, learn the tabliture and then make it your own thing!

It's funny you used the piano analogy. I play the piano and have done for many years now. When you mentioned that, my memory immediately shifted back to last night when I was sat at the piano thinking 'argh I hate practicing!' lol.

I think the Piano analogy was intuitive because i don't know anything about it, i play guitar instead hahaha.

I'm still working on telling the difference between intuitive info and no intuitive info.

Ah that's cool, I really like the guitar, acoustic though. Once I tried teaching myself but it really hurt my fingers so I gave up. Think I managed to get to an A minor chord and if I was lucky I could stretch an F major chord out lol. I think that's the chord where you have to use one finger over 2 strings or something

I'm pretty sure I have claircognizant abilities. A lot of the times I say 'I KNEW that was going to happen, argh why didn't I do anything about it!?' -- see, not listening to my intuition haha. But it's fustrating because I don't really know how to practice using it...I either get the feeling or I don't...

Start meditating! You'll probably be amazed what starts popping up...

I can't tell you how to see spirits, but to see things with your third eye seems to be much easier, at least for me, in a state where my mind is completely clear. Actually, I started meditating for relaxation after a long day of screaming kids and then things just started...happening. So you may be surprised what clearing your mind and trying to open your thoughts can do for your intuitive abilities. And don't get disappointed or discouraged if nothing happens right away...expect nothing and everything all at once, Confucius says. lol.

Thank you momo. It's funny cos last year I meditated a lot and the amount of freaky things that started happening to me such as clairvoyance, clairaudience and claircognizance was rather quite astounding. Chance?..I think not.

I think I will have to start meditating again and see where to go from there

could anyone hear give me any advice on how to sharpen the ability to see spirits because i can no longer see spirits and cant only sense them and there aruas where i use to see them and there aruas as if they where right there with me and sorry for the typos
