Hi there! I wanted to ask, do our spirit guides sometimes choose to communicate with us through electricity, such as lights, or is that just something other spirits do who are not guides?

Yes guides will do that. Usually it's deceased relatives trying to get your attention (or a legitimate electrical problem).
