That was awesome, and so was the first episode! I remember a (long) while ago three spirit guides were talking to me (definitely channeling, it was not a dream, no images or anything) BUT I told them "yes yes I'll remember, let me sleep now" and in the morning I remembered...nothing of the conversation How can I "invite" my guides when it is convenient to me (I know that sounds selfish but young children and being busy)? It seems when I try nothing happened and when I don't: SURPRISE! And how can I make it last longer? Last time i met a spirit guide I think i got so excited I snapped off the alpha state... Sorry that's a lot of questions. If anyone else has answers please do post |

| What I have noticed is that going to bed early and practicing meditation and yoga before bed time is actually great for enhancing the recollection of my night : dreams and whatever else might happen. This has allowed me to have very vivid dreams and excellent memory for recalling. Taking time in the morning to actually remember your dreams does help. I know dreams are not connected to what you are trying to do, but this certainly will help to get to other things : waking up at night with asthma, I have seen incredible things since I have stimulated my imagination for dreams; the other night, my vision was turned into this kaleidoscope of bright colours dancing in front of my eyes, and as I took some puffer to help my strangled breathing return to normal, I could clearly see the chemicals altered what I was seeing... I have been seeing very real hovering balls of light when opening my eyes in between my sleep, and I once saw a man in a suit standing next to my bed (that freaked me out at the time) - I think I must be related to him in some way as I saw him again about 2 nights ago in my mind's eye, with an image much clearer; I have even heard my partner's thoughts through a half-awake-half-asleep state ! I often have the feeling that the harder I try, the least it happens, the only way I have found to explain this is that when I try too hard, instead of being open to things and answers that could come to me, my mind is instead closed because I am clinging too hard onto the idea that I want something particular, and I miss everything else... |
