How fun that you're doing videos! Congratulations -- very inspiring! It was fun to watch your evolution from the beginning of the video, when you seemed a bit self-conscious and removed, and then as you got into passionately answering the question, you seemed to get all loosey-goosey and relaxed and fluid and really connect with the camera and the audience. Nice! |

Lol. Shouldn't they already know things like not to exhaust you during sleep and when you feel you need a break? Can't they feel you? I like this new video thing you're doing. You're being so prolific |

Angela, yes, I noticed the same thing. I recorded 4 of these in the same session so I think you'll notice for the next 3 I am a little looser from the get go, but we'll see. next round I'm going to zoom in a little closer so people can see my face a little better, but I don't want to lose the hand gestures. Bliss Sage: They will push until I push back. Does a personal trainer go easy when they can see you need a break or do they push you until you protest loudly? |

It's brilliant that you're doing videos. Lovely couch by the way I agree with Angela- soon you'll warm up. Intense dreams are pretty rare for me but usually it's for the first reason rather than the second. |

Do you think someone can have spirit guides with a more gentle personality and sensitive method than yours? I don't think I could handle spirit guides who are as rough as yours.

What works well for me is to just ask them right in the beginning something and then forget about it. Or just ask for support. I don't think mine are as pushy as Erin's, but then again, I wouldn't work well with a personal trainer who is very pushy either.

What Sandra said. Angela, yeah I would love to dress up my "stage" a little. Woefully I suck at home decorating. I really don't know what to put there. maybe I can make some adjustments and get some plants in there or a nice picture in the back. Or hang my chakra banner |

Thanks Kevin. Toastmasters was evident in this video. When we do Table Topics we are given a question and we have to answer it on the fly. You eventually learn to think before you speak, choose your words carefully, and not alter your cadence too much. For these questions, I'm not preparing answers ahead of time or memorizing my answer. Just speaking off the cuff, which I prefer. So the answers may not be as tight, but they are very real and in the moment. |

Fascinating stuff! I have always had lucid dreams, as long as I can remember, and often they are nightmares, but for the last few months my dreams have been more pleasant, and like true movies, and I can recall them quite clearly. My grandmother was the same way. Thanks, Erin, for a great video. I will be keeping track of what you have to say. |
