Hi Erin

I was wondering how you close yourself off when you have finished your readings or when you go to sleep for example. I sort of just shrink my chakras down while they're still spinning, but i put a cloak over me which means im closed for business. Then i shield.

What's your process?

I leave my white room and shut the door. My conduit guide, Bob, keeps me shielded when I am not working. When I'm working, I open my chakras, raise my vibration, go into my white room, greet Bob and rock n' roll.

I haven't read much about your own Spirit Guides. It might be interesting to see how you met them yourself and how you came to know them hahaha.

Nice procedure too. So when you're not doing readings you're basically closed down until theres something important that happens?

Yes, I stay closed to other people's "stuff" so it doesn't overwhelm me and so I don't intrude on others' privacy.

But my guides can get my attention if something important comes along.
