Hi All,

I thought of posting this here seeing the posts about chakras and energy.

I have been practicing a meditation where you focus on the flow of your breath from the solar plexus all the way up and out through the third eye. At the end of the meditation I ground the energy by visualizing it from the third eye all the way down.

My question is that during the day while busy at work, I feel a vibration in my third eye all of a sudden and it goes away after a while. It sporadic and does not happen that often....generally while trying to concentrate on something. What does that mean and what am I supposed to do with the vibration?

Maybe it's a knock from spirit. Try tuning in and seeing if you get a message clairvoyantly or clairaudiently, etc.

How about vibrating eye lids? Left or right have different meaning?

this is something many must have experienced.

How do I tune in? I dont have an experience with clairvoyance or clairaudience. Do I just try to stay quiet and look inside me??

Well I dont know if there are any energy centers around the eye lids though.

Open a word document or a journal program and then listen and see if you hear anything. Type what you hear even if it doesn't make any sense at first (could be you need to keep tuning that dial until you get clarify). Imagine you are in a dialogue with that vibration or the energy behind the vibration. See what happens.

I had the same experience many years back when I started meditating regularly for relaxation. After awhile I began feel energies around me and asked to be able to 'see' them or for them to show themselves. Gradually they did. The vibration is activation of the third eye chakra and the beginning of 'sight.'
Ask and be patient. I'm sure you will be shown.
