Getting rid of nerves.

Lately I've been waking up in the mornings feeling very anxious and apprehensive for no apparent reason. I will also have panic attacks sometimes in the mornings.

I feel that it might be a problem with my root chakra. Would you say that's a fair assumption? Last night I took the chakra test online and it did say my root chakra was underactive by -50 per cent and also my navel) (the yellow one) by about -25 per cent. This morning when I got the nervous feeling I tried imagining a red light circling my root chakra and it seemed to help =)

Any suggestions as to why this is happening and the best ways to overcome this?

Nerves can really attack any chakra depending on what you're feeling nervous about. but usually, second chakra is where you feel anxiety, fear and uncertainty. If you're nervous about money or stability, then maybe root chakra.
