What was that? lightspeed travel, cosmic size

Ok first I want to say, I am 100% sure what this was, was true? Because it happened to be while I was totally awake and I had no drugs or alcohol in my system. I really dont know what was this and I want someone who knows to clarify this to me, the experience is divided in 2.

NOTE: This experience I have CANT simply be described in words as I know it at least not in its totality, therefore I cant assure te accuaracy or exact extent of some things. I will try my best to describe it.

1) The powerul feeling:
Well some things happened before that induced me to feel this way but to make the long story short and limit just to tell the experience itself. Suddenly I was overwhelmed by an intense feeling of love it grew exponentially more and more it was boundless really boundless. As the feeling grew strange things happened I was began to feel some scared yet totally safe because I was expecting this to stop at some momment reach limit but it just kept growing each second was twice as powerful as the one before suddenly I couldnt even imagine the boundary of this powerful state it seemed to have reached indeed a point of infinity or pre-infinity. This conitnued more and more and before I realized as far as I remember I was simply just loving all that existed for no reason than just loving.

This grew more and more and eventually my chest began to hurt like it was going to explode, it wasnt the "OMG STOP IT!" kind of pain but a pleasant one..... maybe I was just feeling like it was to explode not pain. The strange was that suddenly I began to feel "larger" than myself I began to feel something extended beyond my body was larger and still it was me and encompassed I simply felt myself larger encompassing my whole body yet larger and extended around it and above it. Eventually the feeling became so overwhelming I began hit my chest like a gorilla does. The feeling kept growing more every second, eventually (this part Im not sure if I imagined it) began to see small light beams in the bathroom (yes it happened as I was about to take a bath, some things happened before that induced the experience but the experience itself happened as I was about to take the bath) I say light beams in the air lots of them forming disappearing and them other beams would be formed again. Eventually it became clear to me that this wasnt going to stop, but keep growing more and more. I reached a momment when I simply felt that I was capable of doing anything, any feat by just wanting to do in any feat regardless if it were physical or mental I felt I was capable of doing anything even if it contradicted the physical laws. This just went increasing and growing every second eventually I decided myself for some reason to "close" or "end" this experience, I dont know how I did it exactly I simply did it, I just decided I wanted to end the experience (I dont know why I wanted it, I guess I simply became unsure or scared about what I was experiencing, who knows?) and I simply ended the experience.

2) The strange things:
There I was again in my normal self, I thought it had ended and I proceeded to enter the shower I opened the water and stepped in, as I was taking the shower water entered my 2 eyes and I simply closed them and rubbed them to take the water out of the eyes, I rubbed them in such a way that I pressed the space between my eyes. A soon as this happened the strangest part of this happened, the "darkness" I always see when I close my eyes was actually dispersing like it was a fog, it was incredible I wasnt tired, drunk or in meditative state there is no way this could be product of my imagination, as I looked in awe the darkness we all see when we close our eyes was disappearing in such a way it was revealing a HUGE giant eye as if it was opening and then I was there looking at a huge with capital H freaking eye with dark pupil, then I suddenly began to enter inside the eye I think I was entering the blank part of the eye not the dark pupil Im not sure and as I was traversing I just saw like a long tunnel like I was travelling at great speeds you know like when they show you in fiction movies when they go lightspeed, I then became freaked out and scared I simply opened my eyes.

I was a little bit disappointed because I thought "that was stupid shouldnt have opened them" but then I thought "What if I close them again?" and then I didnt saw the giant eye or the superspeed tunnel, but indee I found myself in a dark place like the outer space or maybe it was just the darkness we see when we close our eyes I am not sure, but them something happened, I saw a giant beign giant with capital G and I was approaching it, I couldnt see this beign very well his/her face neither some characteristics I just saw his/her eyes and the sillhouette of this beign, maybe it was because of the darkness that I couldnt see it well but I began to approach it, this beign was huge it was at least as I perceived it of cosmis proportion possibly the size of a galaxy or even larger and this beign extended his/her hand to me and I began to approach him but as I was about to touch this beign I simply became to scared and opened my eyes. I closed them again and the experience was totally over.

Can anyone tell me what happened here?

I have, on occasion, experienced the sensation of being infinitely large and infinitely small at the same time. it's wonderful and a little scary at the same time. i used to get it as a kid a lot more than I do today. It used to frighten me as a child. As I grew older I just "went with it" and allowed myself to continue expanding. I'm not sure what causes this to happen.

This is a level of existence which is cosmic love-bliss energy. This level of existence is always there but we are not usually synchronized into it. Yogis have samadhi trance state practices through which they try to switch their consciousness over to such levels of existence. In your case, because of some divine grace, you experienced this.

The feeling of fear may or may not arise during such experiences but it happens because of the vastness which is way beyond the scope of your individual awareness. On such a level, one’s little I-self or core-consciousness finds itself linked into a vast circuit of energy which seems to be infinite and endless, without boundary and so that may cause the limited I-self to feel threatened in relation to the loss of itself in the infinity. Or some persons then feel that their self has become the Supreme Self or has become God or has become one with God. Various people interpret this same experience in different ways.

Of course that self has to resume itself and pick up its limitations again and so the fear is not warranted.

This experience was taking place in a supernatural body which is different to the astral body, but since you were not trained in differentiating between the said forms, you were still using your physical body as the reference. You can overcome this by developing a meditation practice and by studying the various levels of consciousness and the astral body and the higher bodies which are super-subtle in reference to even the astral form.

The performance of those astonishingly-mytic feats were a facility in the supernatural body which you were transferred into, just as walking upright is a feature of the physical body, which to an animal like a lion is amazing.

The various bodies are facilities with special abilities and so if a spirit is transferred into any of those bodies, he or she will experience those bodies as themselves with the special powers which those bodies facilitate.

As to why you had this experience and why among millions of human beings, only you are having such experiences, the answer is that by some divine grace you got the experience, but more important is the fact that the experience proved to you that you have a supernatural body which transcends your present physical existence even though that supernatural form is presently out of your reach for the most part.

Trick would be how to transfer into that body permanently and abandon the drab existence as a physical form. If someone has such a body then what is the need for a resurrected physical body which is offered by some religions. If I already have a spiritual body which is full of bliss energy and which exist on a place with boundless spiritual consciousness and bliss energy, then what is the point of taking up an offer to get my material body brought back from death, after its demise?

This is a very rare experience, which is something that is aspired for in kriya yoga and brahma yoga practice. This is called jnana-chakshuh or jnana-dipena experience. Yogis perform many meditative procedures for years just to get this kind of experience, except that they aspire to induce it permanently.

So what is this experience. Well it is the full experience of the opening of the third eye. I have described some of this in my book Meditation Pictorial and in some other books. Usually in the head of a human beings, with eyes closed, there will be darkness or darkness with speckled pin-points of color, but there is never clarity or clearness there in the center of the eyebrows with the eyes closed.

There is a chakra there in the center of the eyebrows. When it opens one sees through it just as if one were seeing through a bay window. Sometimes the shape is oval or square or rectangular, and sometimes it is like a slit or like in your experience with the H shape. When one looks through that opening one sees distance places in this dimension or one might see into other higher or lower dimensions.

However there is another psychic organ in the head of the subtle body and when one uses that in conjunction with the third eye chakra or by itself, one sees in the way you saw.

The location of that psychic organ, which I call the imagination orb is in a position half way between the core-self and the third eye. It is usually oval shaped but when seen it might appear to be like a cream colored jelly fish or like an oval like an egg. This organ is the psychic tool which is used to imagine in the mind. But it also functions as a eye and works in conjunction with the third eye.

When it does, then one gets very accelerated supernatural or spiritual visions which are very clear and which pertain to other dimensions which are near to or distance from this world.

The tunnel experience also happens in reference to the brow chakra or third eye. Sometimes one is pulled through it at a rapid speed which is very frightening if one has not experienced it before and especially if one holds on to one’s reference as a physical being. But over time, if one has this experience repeatedly, the fear goes away and one submits the self to these experiences willingly.

Because you were using a supernatural body, you got to the level of one of the Vishnu Divine Beings. You could do a search on the internet about the MahaVishnu, a Cosmic entity who is described as producing universes. This was described by many great yogis in the Puranas of India and in similar writings.

To see this person is very very rare. There is a story about a yogi named Markandeya, who entered into the body of one of the divine forms of this Deity, and who wondered like a microscopic being in the body of that person for many millions of years, at least that is how Markandeya described it. You could run some internet searches on the name of Markandeya.

There is also a description of the Vishvarupa Universal Form in the Bhagavad Gita which you could read of in chapter 11 of that book.

But the person you saw was one of the Vishnu personalities. This is an extremely rare experience and this also happened not just by divine grace, but due to your having come from a supernatural world and somehow becoming stuck down in this physical existence at the present time.

To see the MahaVishnu or to see the Garbhodakashayi Vishnu, one has to be using a body which is on par with either of those divine personalities. So that is the important thing about the experience. It is not that you saw a Cosmic Divine Being who wields indescribable spiritual powers, but you yourself was in a divine form while perceiving that personality.

So the question is: How to assume that form again?

That divine being is there on that level right now and has not left that level, but you went there and then was retransferred back here. So can you do this again? Or will you just be stuck forever down here always reincarnating as a physical being?

Assuming that this is an open question and admitting that Erin is a credible mystic in her own right, I will give an answer to her query:

The first reason for this happening is that the person who has these experiences is a divine being who has somehow or the other for one reason or the other, descended into physical existence and has now identified himself or herself as a physical existence, and used physical existence as the point of reference.

Every so often however, the divine energy in the person’s psyche expressed itself in a way which causes it to inflate itself in the psyche and when this happens that person has some type of cosmic or sub-atomic experiences of consciousness-form expansion or contraction.

Usually these experience happen in childhood, especially before the age of nine years, because after that the psychic centers shut down and the person becomes sharply focused into physical existence and considers himself or herself to be physical being.

Fear arises because the person’s focus down into the material world, causes the self consciousness to be narrowed and compressed and so the sudden release from that may manifest as fear. By having the experiences repeated again and again, the person loses the fear and also develops confidence that the experiences will tail out back into the physical world and the person will return as a physical being again.

The reason for these experiences is simply that the cosmic level of consciousness wants to inform the individual of their divine status and to remind the individual not to maintain too sharp a focus into physical existence and not to take physical existence to be the reference, and to endeavor to return to the cosmic plane of consciousness to associate with supernatural and divine beings there.

The real question however is this: Why does every human being not get such experiences? Why only some individual gets one or many of these experiences? Are they different categories of souls?

Is divine grace partial to some persons?
