Erin, i try not to do this. I don't have tried ever to cross over. Not even suiciders. Then it means i dont' stand any chance to confront him. I am covered with love and gratitude. That means i can protect myself. I see two colors when i connect myself with god, one is white shield and the other one is bluish.

I confess i fear to do think about this. I don't know how to perform psychic defense for ourselves against evil spirits. The way you did for yourselves, it's remarkable example. I need person like you, physically. I need people like dana, maury.

Can we cross over such dangerous spirits with others' help, i mean with their physical presence??? Why AG is lying?? Did you get any feeling that he wants to heal himself?? I am asking this because you did not mention anything about this.

Thanks for the update Erin. If nothing else, it's nice to see such an outpouring of love - even if it's not wanted.

It's funny that you mentioned having a desire to help spirits cross over - I find now that I do have an intense desire to help people do this - but no experience or skills whatsoever! I think I'll leave it to the professionals for now, and just keep on thinking positively about the situation...

I have to admit, I was a bit perplexed that you needed to post a warning about engaging AG. Unless everyone trying to do so is MUCH stronger than I am lol! But then, my first thought with everyone, corporeal or not, is protect yourself first (as without strength, how can you assist others anyway?) and help those who are trying to help themselves (that old adage, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink, rings true here).

This whole thing got me to thinking about a dream I had recently, that was...much more than a dream, but I'll post a separate thread about it soon!

I agree. Erin knows AG loves to get respect from people. She also mentioned AG can be fierce and can refuse anyone's help. That sounds rude.

It's better to leave such things to experienced people, beginners can't do.

I have a hard time understanding why any one would feel sory for some one that lead the type of life AG lead . He impresses me as some one that would have hurt and killed small critters as a kid . I see him lieing , cheating , steeling , killing , to get what he wants . What I see is an Irish guy , most of his family died in the potato famine , and he got killed in a card game . I feel sorry for everybody who feels that their only choice in life is to hurt others.

I have sympathy for everybody who cannot experience joy in the way that makes hurting others impossible.

Doesn't mean that I want those people (alive or dead) around or will just give them a nice little cuddle and say "don't do that anymore".

I have actually recently changed my opinion on the death penalty.. I am in favor now, for certain crimes. Not for revenge or punishment though. For protection of the rest and determent of the rest.

Thank you Erin, for having written this follow up. I must admit, that even though I am usually strong, I did not feel very at ease with that AG guy, just from reading.

The 2 nights that followed the reading of the article, I felt somewhat harassed. Maybe it was my mind just playing tricks on me or maybe it was just me frightening myself on my own from reading the article, and trying to picture things.
What it has taught me, is, no matter what I feel, that love and light are much stronger, and that the more you pour energy into a belief or an emotion, the more powerful you make it...

Hi Erin,

I was very interested that a number of people were unable to read the whole of your blogs on this subject. The night following my reading of the series my 3 year old son had a series of intense nightmares and refused to sleep in his own bed. This is the first time this has happened. He didn't want his night light on as he could see something he didn't like. Whether it related to this ghost I have no idea but it did seem like a strange coincidence.

Same here. I had headaches and was thinking to stay away from this all. Did you feel any headaches or tired, or any body ache?? I am fine at the moment. Did some meditation and concentrated on supreme love. It helped me a lot.

I wonder why this happens?? When you are reading any real ghost stories, people feel bad, get sick, feel uncomfortable...

well, can't be precise about headaches right now as I am suffering from an intense cold which is weakening and giving me headaches anyway.

The thing is that I am quite sensitive to "bad spirits", as I've grown up in a *very* catholic environment and some beliefs were pushed onto me. I've broken away most of the annoying, destructive teachings I have received, but I must admit to being very sensitive to the idea of possession, I have been for years (it kept me awake at night in terror as a teen), though it was mainly due to a problem of first chakra that I've partially solved, I can still frighten myself good at times.
And what I did and shouldn't have done is get "emotional" in some sort of way, over this story, I couldn't help but think about such a negative entity, you know, questions rise and you wonder what kind of energy attracts it, what kind of bond is required for you to get linked to it (as Erin talked about such things in her article) and then before you know it, you feel it close to your mind and you don't feel comfortable for some reason you can't explain, and the next best thing for you to do is to surround yourself in white light and call upon Archangel Michael.

I had to come to that because I started feeling uneasy and I felt some strange stuff around my energy field, in particular my head, close to my hears.
That first night, it kept waking me up, second night was uneasy but better, then, I confronted myself with some thinking, trying to put some reason and love instead of the fear that had developed and it made things much better.

Archangel Michael and prayers did it for me then yes, when I recovered from the wave of fear, meditation.

I also told myself I was a being of love, on a much higher vibrational scheme than that dude, and this helped relieve some of the stress.

I used my cat to see if anything was unusual too, as mah little kitty's a coward and takes off when there something too unusual around

The next days, I'd tell myself I was still in full integrity, and if it were the case, it was probably because I was strong, and I used this thinking to fuel myself up into a much more positive state, that worked terrifically.

It's good that i am fine at the moment. Well, i had headaches. yes, had little fear about this AG. When i was reading AG story, i felt Erin is with me and we are looking in this story. So i was strong and high positive energies. But after one-two hours i felt discomfort and started feeling unwell.

Center was this story. Thank god, it's finish. You sound very sensitive person. Try to protect yourself. Request more protection from god. See the white lights during meditation and tell yourself, you are giving love and receiving the same way. It will help you to become more stable and more conscious about your emotions. It can be dangerous for you, if you are with any entity or connecting yourself with such stuff. I said this because i felt in this way. It can sabotage you.

How do you meditate? What colors do you see??

I see: 1. White and 2. Blue. I do pranayama.

I am still on a Hinayana meditation stage right now because I need to learn to focus. I do feel protected and ask for protection as much as I can

I do not focus to see anything particular right now when meditating, but I often see my third eye whirling... with indigo colour. At times, I see sparks of blue, indigo and white.
Meditation made me sensitive, I didn't feel so much just a year back. It is incredible how I now sense subtile energies, I also do reiki, and I feel it flow out of my hands into my body, and I feel the energies flowing from the soles of my feet

A lot of practice makes people sensitive

I'm curious, what do the hotel's owners think about this investigation? Surely i won't be too happy if I owned a hotel that became associated with hauntings etc?

then why keep it open in the first place, when you know there are some not so friendly forces at work, I wouldn't, I'd think it is a mad choice.

There's no concrete evidence of any such thing for a hotel manager though. No one's been hurt or injured? Had there been any real evidence, they could invite some sceptics like that Randy James guy and have him review it, and win his million dollar challenge.

That's really interesting how people have been having that sort of reaction to the entity. Yea, I do agree that the only power they have is what you give them. So, you need to be aware of your natural boundaries. If you can't do that don't put your attention there - whatever you put your attention to grows. Sometimes with stubborn entities (entities that make excuses of why they can't go into the light) you need to use a tough-love approach. Boot them into the light anyway or ask angels or source or whatever to take them across. You shouldn't listen to any excuses they make because that's all they are. Or another approach is to ask for someone they know on the otherside, that they'll listen to, to come through and assist them across.

Something weird has been happening to me ever since I read this blog series.

I never have nightmares - even after watching scary movies. But since the blog series and Halloween, I've had very scary nightmares almost every night. And this morning, I woke up and my first thought was "I just want to hit someone over the head with a bat". WTF?

I am a little clairvoyant and I've also been receiving strange visions, including "RIP [name]" where the name is my mother's name.

I know right away when these visions are not from my guides. I don't feel scared, but they're annoying me as I'm still a beginner and sometimes it takes me a while to figure out who the messages are coming from.

I tried the white light/grounding protection but that didn't seem to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what's happening? I'd like to just think it's my own mind playing tricks on me, but unfortunately I don't think so. Could this be the AG even though I don't care about him in particular, but just read the blog?

If grounding or protecting doesn't work it might mean that you've absorbed the energy or taken it on as your own. This is a highly charged or emotional situation/blog. Lots of people have been focusing on it and fuelling it.

Have you tried doing an energy clearing or cord-cutting? you can use visualisation for both. you can also surrender the situation to source-energy to handle. Just simply have the intention and state "source please take this situation and energy, it is a gift for you all yours. thank you very much" and place your attention on something else, trust that it's handled. And it is.

If it persists after several goes you might need to unravel it a bit more, might be a message there for you.

Thanks for your suggestions, guys. I tried a new protection and asked for the assistance of Archangel Michael. A few times the trickster snuck into my dreams, I replied "you do not exist" and then he was gone on a flash of white light. Then I asked Archangel Michael to just get rid of him if he sneaks up again, and I don't have to know about it. And I asked that I be protected every night, not just that night.

That seemed to work as I haven't been bothered since. Whew!

the way I do it is visualize Archangel Michael using scissors to cut the bonds, as if they were thread, I visualize the cutting and how powerful it is, St Michael putting a lot of effort into it, and making sure no thread of connection of any kind remains...
I do that too for people sucking my energy, it works nicely, I do it once in a while, and for the Armagosa ghost, it did wonders

Nice one about the dream though, you need to be a powerful lucid dreamer to be able to do that hey

There is a Lakota ritual similar to what you describe, though it is used for many other things. Any time there is an unwanted spiritual connection between two people, this particular ritual is performed. I won't discuss the specifics, but it involves an Eagle feather, sage, and several prayers.

Dealing with the Dead in any form is perilous and not something that should be done because "it seems cool." If you have a natural talent or sensitivity or feel especially called to do it, then please do so with respect for danger it presents and take appropriate precautions. If you don't know what those precautions are, then find someone who does and learn from them directly. A few posts on an internet forum (no disrespect intended, Erin) are not a substitute for real Teaching.

Headaches are literally the tip of the iceberg of the damage that can be caused by negative entities.

Hehe. Hence the source of my (open minded) skepticism. Not that I doubt Erin's sincerity about her beliefs, but boosting tourism could be a good explanation for the rattling doorknob. I mean, in Southern California, how hard could it be to find a special effects person who could set it up?

With that said, I've got an idea what AG's name is, and I don't know where it came from except that it just popped into my head. I'm eager to check its accuracy. If Erin tells me I'm right, I'll be ready to adjust my understanding of the universe.

update: Erin tells me the name I got was not AG's, but was that of another dead guy they talked to on the trip. hmmm.
