Astral Travel Question

I have been reading this website for over a year as a lurker but now have a question that I need help with. My husband and I have been trying to sell our house for about 7 months. At the same time, my husband seems to have been improving his "psychic abilities" and has had many conversations with his guides about this house sale. I'm totally jealous by the way.

Recently he was at an acupuncture appointment and decided to try grounding the room he was in and the whole school where he was having his session. He called me afterwards a bit freaked out. He said when he grounded the room/building a number of "spirits" or "energies" started coming up from the ground and knocked a bunch of "crust" off themselves and floated up and out of the room - thanking him for releasing them as they went. They asked him if they could help him in any way and he mentioned that we needed help finding a buyer for the house. They said they would help but they didn't understand why he didn't just get up out of his body and take care of it himself.

We assume they were referring to astral travel which neither of us know much about, but I was hoping Erin or someone else may have insights on what he is supposed to do once he gets up? We are totally baffled by that. Let alone the astral travel part...

I probably wouldn't look fo ra home buyer on the astral plane. Bad credit over there.

I think they were probably referring to the idea of manifesting a buyer using LOA or energetic attraction. On the astral, things manifest instantly. here, they take a little longer, but still the same concept.

Do you think what he described seeing and hearing is something that could have really happened? We are super new to his foray into these abilities. He thinks he's crazy sometimes!
