Can anyone help introduce me to any materials that would assist my efforts to dream lucidly? I would really appreciate it. edit: I've discovered that ingesting one 3mg tablet of Melatonin (found in the vitamin section of my local grocery store) gives me extremely vivid dreams that I am able to experience entirely. The only problem is that, during these dreams, it does not occur to me that I am dreaming... even if the dream is totally surreal. Last edited by dimethyltryptamine; 09-12-2010 at 04:35 AM. |

Stephen Laberge is the most prominent expert on lucid dreaming. I recommend his book Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming. You can also read about my experience with lucid dreaming here: Discovering Lucid Dreaming Hope that helps! |
