Is this some kind of OBE? please help

hi my name is Sergio, i have been experiencing some kind of sleep paralysis but with my eyes open and fully aware of whats happening around me i could not move but i can see my room (i could only see what ever was in the direction my head was pointing to), i have been experiencing these things for quite some time but
a few weeks ago i got separated from my body, i went into a tunnel made
of light and clouds with a very bright hole in the middle like if it
was at the end of this weird tunnel( we can call it), then i freaked out
and went back to my body and after a few seconds i moved again, im not
sure what that was but i remember everything and i know i was actually
there like fully awake of what was going on, also a few days i go i went
into this paralysis state and i was calm and i decided to communicate
with someone, then i went into a tunnel with no hole of light in the
middle as happened before but this tunnel was made of air kind of clouds
that were gray and after a few seconds i thought of the person i wanted
to talk to and he appeared like his face and i said a few things then i
decided to go back to my body and i did, also in these experiences in
the tunnels i felt like i had no body and i could only see what was happening also i felt before going into these tunnels like a buzzed with wind through my ears. please can anyone tell me what this means please im very confused and scare.

That does sound like astral projection or a obe to me . I would not let it frighten me I would look forward to doing it again . desert rat

That is definitely an astral projection along with passage through the third eye. Usually the tunnel passage is through the third eye. It is scary at first but you can get used to it.

Actually consider yourself to be lucky since many people want experiences of that nature and do not have them no matter how hard they try.

If you are taken into an aircraft blind folded and then you are released after you disembark in another country, the experience will be drab because you were unable to see what was going on. But suppose along with a blind fold you were kept in a vibration sound resistant chamber.

Then the situation will be just as if you did not travel to that other country. This happens during the night when we sleep where it is like we are blind folded and do not objectively experience the astral projection. It does take place every time the body sleeps but we are unaware of it.

In your experience the blindfold was removed and you experience the way it is.

astral projection along with passage through the third eye? what do you mean? to the third eye? so what do i do once i get into this tunnel of clouds and light? do i just keep going or what ? it was kinda weird and scary

Third eye is a psychic type of vision which occurs in the centre of the eyebrows. Just as you have two physical eyes, you have an eye which is a psychic one and which can perceive different types of reality.

The term third eye was made popular by Lobsang Rama in his book, The Third Eye.

You will return to this type of consciousness even if you go through tunnel, so do not be fearful of it or if the fear is there anyway, just let it be and see yourself as a sort of reporter who is going to report to others on your experiences.
