Or just after a nap? After a nap/sleep isn't your vibration supposed to be 'at a higher level'? Instead of feeling refreshed, I just get grumpy and start moaning about things in my head: 'why can't the tap water be warm!'..'why can't he hurry up!' etc etc. I have also noticed that during that state I am the most vulnerable; I am particularly sensitive to what people say to me at that point. And then as the day continues I start to get happier right until I go to sleep (which is normally when I"m most happiest). And then the cycle continues... Is it just tiredness? I do admit that I go to sleep quite late most of the times, like 1am...but I'm a night person and love sleeping late (though I regret it in the mornings!) |

Try this: When you're feeling grumpy, ask to speak to the part of you that's grumpy. Then say, "I'm the part of me that's grumpy," and allow it to borrow your voice. Let it speak and tell you why it's grumpy and what you need to know. |
