ok so wait. if theo mixed up a negative entity (which i'm afraid of doing) with a guide..
i was often anxious of the spirits around me when i was little. thing is is that i don't know if it was valid or if i was just afraid because they were 'spirits' and i couldn't see who was watching me..

i've been trying lately to talk to my spirit guide and i imagined a table for us to sit and talk, and i've had medicine dreams but they often have black animals that appear as my 'guide' if they are so.... i imagined a black waterfowl to come to the table and talk to me.. but it just sat there and stared at me.. probably because i couldn't get rid of my ego fully... or something.

i think in that one dream with the waterfowl it was waiting for me to be brave to approach it.. but how can i trust something when i don't know who to trust?

The way I've learned to trust is to apply the advice and check the results. Were they good or destructive? Also when you raise your vibration it is extremely difficult for negative or lower energies to affect or communicate with you.

In my teens I was often preyed upon by the lower energies. Today, it is extremely rare. I can't think of the last time it's happened actually. I'm just at a different frequency now. I can't describe it any other way.
