I have heard that people when they do astral projection if they stay in the realm that they currently live in then that they can go back and time and see people like Jesus Christ and the Buddha, so does anyone have any stories of them going back in time or forward in time. I go on a lot of pagan websites to read and astral time travel and going to the realm of the Fae (which by the way is not the astral realm) is really popular. So i'll say it again this post is the for people who have gone back and forward in time by travelling with their spirit.

I don't know about going back in time but you can meet anyone who existed before because the spirits are eternal but it is not that they remain stuck in any time epoch.
Jesus and Buddha have progress forward in time just like anyone else and they exist in their present in some dimension now and can be reached by anyone whose astral body is in the right frequency to enter those zones.

Suppose you want to talk to President Carter. Then you would go to Georgia, his home state, locate him and try to get permission to see him. Why would you go back in time to when he was president and try to speak to him?

I read a book on astral projection that said some kind of limited time traval was possable . People that do remote viewing clame to see in the past or futher . The best to try for your self and see . desert rat

Yes it is possible. I will come back to write the story i heard straight from someone who experienced it,.

A lady i know astral traveled in time as she was working on a thesis (she's a historian). She talked with the people of time she was writing a thesis about. She got a myriad of details. When she went on the site she told the archeologists to tear down a wall in a crypt and described all they would find behind it. Pretty speccie, especially considering she's scientifically minded and not at all into paranormal phenomenons.

I don't have any links, the said lady is my father's partner, she told me the story

. And God knows they refuse to believe in anything paranormal or spiritual, that's why it's so freakin funny it happened to her

When you think about it: past life regression IS time travel, too. There's a book that marked me where the authors found back a life they shared with Jesus (they got all of that from the Akashic Records), again sounds like astral time travel.

Maybe where intention goes, energy flows. In the example i gave she was probably obsessed with her thesis and that time frame and went back in time. It's the only instance I've known about, aside from regressions but it sounds different though, as she actually spoke with the people she was studying and got those info about what was hiding behind the wall in the crypt. It can help feel fascinated.

From the little I remember of the book , going back in time things lost color and detail . A few minutes spent in the past were hours in the present. Going foward things got more vivid hours in the futher were minutes in the present , it you went far enough forward you could spend a life time there in a nights sleep . That is what the book said any way .
