I feel strongly guided to lose a few more pounds, even though I'm quite thin already. I was wondering if this is a real guidance that I'm receiving from my higher self or spirit guides or if this is something that I'm somehow imagining.
Any insights would be appreciated, especially intuitive ones

I'd listen to your guidance, but you don't have to take the surface order and carry it through. Ask them WHY!

I went through something similar and I had this thing that I wanted to lose some more weight and when I asked for clarification it was to bring my body into alignment with my lithe, flexible, wispy spirit.
Prior to the clarification I would never have thought myself so shallow (judgment I know!) to concern myself with a few pounds, but after the guidance I realised that I DO feel more aligned and agile (Im quite bendy in my meditations) when I am "underweight" rather than normal weight.

Please be sure that your guidance is from HIGHER sources. There are so many spirits out there and many of them are still attached to this Earth if they have been in human form before - let me tell you that they are often the first to come to you and they rarely have any insight - they are just kind of alone fragments of energy seeking an ear!
One method I use each time a new spirit pops up is I ask them if they are connected to Divine Source energy then to fill me with unconditional love.
Higher Beings instantly radiate a very positive energy emmenating from my stomach and spreading throughout my body.
I have no desire to chat to the dead or lower vibrational entities and pass on a message that your great aunts sapphire broach meant a lot to her, but to have contact with Higher Selves and Master Spirits, well for me that is worthwhile.

That's a wonderful idea to ask about more clarification on the subject, I`ll meditate on that.

Does it seem plausible that this guidance will lead to greater health and happiness? If not, it's probably not from your guides.
