 |  Help with Love Meditation
Heya Erin, I'm loving your gratitude meditation. Unfortunately the love meditation is backfiring a bit, and lowering my mood. During the part where you guide us to meet with our higher selves, I just get angry with him for withholding so much information - what you call the veil. Instead of feeling love, I want to lash out, saying "I've endured hardship, and I don't even get to know why?!!" Sorry to sound negative, especially in public, but I thought someone else might benefit from my question too. Any suggestions? |

Sounds like you need to have a talk (or a listen) to your higher self outside of this particular meditation, in a more free form way. Put on some music, go to your "garden" and ask your higher self to come to you there. Listen to him, ask him questions. Ask him why you've endured so much hardship. But listen carefully. Trust and have faith. If you go in with anger, it will be harder to link. |

Thanks Erin. I'll be thinking of you during my gratitude meditation tonight. The message I got, if I interpreted it correctly, is that my frustration is understandable, but the answers are withheld for now for a good reason. In time all will be revealed, and I'll understand why I don't know now.
