Hello, I was just wondering if I astral project? I'm not into these things but I am really curious because it scared me like ****.

So, I was napping, I was dreaming of me and someone, we were trying to escape from something, a woman invited me in her house only to realize she was tricking me, she was resisting me, its kind of blurry already but it was so scary, she was tricking me to stay in her house, she doesn't want me to come back, and then I woke up, and I felt something was wrong, I am awake but my body is sleeping.. My initial reaction was to close my eyes, then I open my eyes again, but something is still wrong! So I closed my eyes again to feel my body, then I succeeded, I felt in my body again. But I'm sleepy so I napped again, then again it happened, my dream continued, its like someone was resisting me then I woke up and there it is again, I can feel my eyes closed but I can see the room, so I closed my eyes again because I feel like something was wrong, when I remember I am trying to feel my body. When I woke up I'm like what the **** was that? Though I have insomnia I really don't want to sleep after the incident because I'm worried it will happen and I won't be able to come back. Anyway, was that by any means astral projecting? thanks for the input!

That was your astral body waking up inside your physical body. From that state where you had dual vision you could have projected (i.e. left your body) but you didn't. it's a very good start. Next time it happens just stretch out of your body or stand up. Your real body should still be on teh bed and you will be free.

I actually kind of got up but not totally, that's when I realized something was wrong. That really scared me, it felt really weird I can't believe something like that is possible! I feel like if I stand up I wouldn't be able to return. haha.

You are already astral projecting and returning to your physical body. What Erin wrote was correct and it does not mean you won't be able to return to your physical body. One thing to consider is that you are already astral projecting every time your physical body sleeps regardless of whether you remember dreams or not, but you are not conscious of these projections from and returns into the physical body.
So that experience you had was not a special astral projection or the first one, it was only the first conscious projection, with stress on the world conscious.
The system which keeps your physical body alive and which was operating the unconscious astral projections from the time of your birth, will be sure to return you to your body, just as it always did since you got this body.
