Meditation question

I wonder if someone here has experienced anything similar to this. I have been meditating and clearing my mind, setting a timer for 20 minutes, coming out of the meditation and feeling energized and wonderful. Today, while doing this same type of meditation, I started getting "scenes" to watch. One was me on a beach with a man. It was cool, perhaps fall/winter, and we were holding hands and hugging. This was a love relationship. I then had another "scene" of being in an airplane and then in another country. I was there with the same man. Although I could not make out who this person was, I knew it to be the same person from the beach. Although my mind was "blank" and I was letting the scene run, I did eventually ask to be shown who it was. The image of who it was was fuzzy and I could not make it out. I then got a view of who it was, and upon seeing, I developed a nauseous feeling, sort of the feeling one gets when they are brushing their tongue and the gag reflex is set off. It was the sensation one feels right before they gag. I finished the meditation and felt this sensation for several minutes afterwards. It did go away, but whenever I thought back to the scene, I would get the same feeling. Any ideas on what could cause this? Could it have something to do with the vibrational level I was at?

Interesting. It sounds to me like you opened yourself up to something but weren't able to fully explore it. I don't think it was your vibration level. I think something about the man or the experience caused you psychic or psychological discomfort.

Your guides could have been sending you those scenes.
