Default If the human conscious had ratings...

...what specific aspects of the human conscious would be graded?

To elaborate... If you were to give ratings/attributes to the specs of everything the human mind can be either good or bad at, what would they be?
For example, imagine the profile of a sports player on a video game. Say, basketball. He's good from three, but not a great rebounder. His defense is rated 86 out of 100, but is athleticism is poor.

I posted this in Steve's forum too, then realised it'd be great get Erin's perspective of it too.

To elaborate further. What i'm trying to do is imagine all the possible aspects of the human mind/soul/conscious/psyche that one can be skilled in or not.
For example, imagine that you could give a rating or grading for someone in categories such as:
- Problem solving
- Creativity
- Concentration
- Discipline
- Confidence
- Self-belief
- Empathy
- Adaptability
- Communication
- Willpower
- Ambition
- Determination
- Imagination
- Intuition
- Memory
- Optimism
- etc

...things like this
If one could make himself a personal profile, to grade ones mind for the sake of personal development, what categories/specs do you think stand out as the important focus's of ones self?
I'm looking for the complete personal profile criteria of the human conscious. What's the complete makeup
