This world does make it more difficult to feel loved all the time, but the love is always there. We cannot disconnect from it. Thank you.

The idea of love tends to cause dissociation within people's brains. It does seem to help some people lose fear, heal, and overcome obstacles when they embrace it, but for many it causes them to lose themselves and dissociate, especially those who tend to seek "love" from others. I suppose apart of why this happens has to do with the confusion between love and affection that many people have.

How do you define Love Erin?

The Love I'm talking about is not human relationships, or having regard or affection for someone. Have you ever felt the emotion of love? I'm not sure how to describe it with words. But bliss, unconditional acceptance, deep sense of connection, oneness, expansion, safety ... those come close.

It is so hard to describe. A few days ago, I had the feeling that we are all interconnected when I was making friends so easily. It was nice, to say the least. I smiled for most of the day.

Oh, and this happened after I discovered I ate a filling vegan lunch (Knish [potato in bread], Gatorade, chips, and an apple). So, maybe there is something to the connection between what we eat and Love. I feel like I have been stuck going from neutrality and reason for some time. Once I get out of this house, I'll try going vegan.
