Can real people appear in your dreams?

Interesting.

I wonder, is there anything useful to do or say if you are communicating with a friend's higher self if the friend is not even aware of it? Can you heal someone via the higher self? Can you give the friend a message or encouragement or love through the higher self if the friend is not even conscious of the higher self? Is there anything useful or beneficial you can do for the person? If so, how?

You can communicate to the person's higher self. And if the lower self, let's call it, is in tune wiht their HS then they will probably get the message. But if LS is disconnected from HS, it will fall on deaf ears.

I often dream about my mom, and it usually just seems like a visit, like when she was alive. We watch the million dollar movie, or I watch her cook, or we sit and hold hands. She doesn't give me advice or messages.

I love these dreams. I always wake from them feel comforted and happy. It seems to me that she's just dropping in to let me know how much she loves me. Or maybe it's my own unconscious "inner mom" comforting me, I don't know. But I'm grateful to see her, either way.

Interesting time for this post. Twice this week i have had dreams with Erin in it, and once this week had a dream with Steve in it. Last night, i had a dream with Steve and Erin.
Odd because i dont typically dream of them and i was wondering what was up with that.
When i dream, i am usually aware it is a dream, but i dont usually take action to control the dream.

I have had several dreams with people I know or have met. Now, I have never ever had a lucid dream, but I know that sometimes these people have visited my dreams. I cannot say why.

For example, this was my first time I know I have shared dreams. I was in a school hallway of my school and this girl was in front of me. I had a crush on her (till I knew she already had a bf), and I kissed her on the cheek. End of dream.

Next day at school, she said she had a dream that someone kissed her. She knew who it was, but she did not say whom. Coincidence?

I have had other dreams of girls that I swear they were 'there', and it always involves kissing. Not sure why it is only that.

Lucid dreaming is fun! I have learned to do this through meditation and breathing techniques.

I love dreams where I feel visits from the other side. I get more around this time of year, at the start of the new year for us Witchy types.

After a friend's violent death, he showed up in my dream a few months later, out of the blue, and reassured me that he was finally fine again. I woke up more peaceful about him at that point than before he died (he heard voices that told him to do terrible things, and he listened, it was just horrible experience for my whole community).

I'm glad to have found this blog.
