thanks erin i got a question btw and i just signed up here last night so is it easy to astral project and my friends tell me it is impossible so can u rlly astral project im not saying i dont believe it i just want to know

Noises in the head during astral projection or just before it or when you enter the phyiscal body are not unusual. More or less, as a beginner you should keep a journal of everything that happens and consider yourself as an observer or sight-seer.

Yes astral projection is real. When you read through all my articles you'll understand more about where I'm coming from. It is somewhat difficult to achieve, though a lot of times people are closer than they realize, which is why education is important so people know what to do when the situation presents itself.
