Default couple of questions

first of all how long do lucid dreams and astral projections usually last? Secondly, which do you prefer and why?

Default

Length is random or however long you want it to be
Prefer Astral

For me, Astral just gives you a sense that there really is more to the world than meets the eye. Once you realize you are a spiritual being your whole world changes.
