A night I was trying to Astral Project (I haven't left my body completely yet), I was in a state of where I was just about to fall asleep but caught myself right before it happened. At this point I felt the vibrations coming and tried to strenghten it. As the vibrations got stronger I tried to imagine my body feeling lighter, so that I would float out of my body. I then "felt" as though I was leaving my body. I then saw my room, I thought to myself, why is it so clear? I can see very vivid normal colors. This doesn't seem right I thought since it was different than my first astral projection but I ignored it and thought I was actually astral projecting. (At this point I'm really dreaming but don't realize it) I was also thinking, how come I can still "feel" my body vibrating? I don't remember reading anything about still feeling your body vibrate, but i ignored it and continued with my astral dream. In the dream I entered and lefted my body 3 times. Each time I went back into my body, I just tried to strengthen my vibration until I "felt" lighter again. I could still feel my body vibrating but I just ignored it and continued with the dream. I'm not sure if I would call this lucid or not? Example, I was floating across my house but not realizing at this point that it wasn't really my house. But I saw my friend in my house and I knew that she wasn't suppose to be here. So I thought, maybe I'm looking into the past. I then looked at the clock and it said 1:~~ pm and I thought, I already ate dinner, so hmmm, lets try to go to present time and then it went to 5:~~ but didn't think much of it. It was around 7:30 pm real time when all this happened. I would also decided where I want to go, so I guess I could say, I was trying to control the dream but didn't actually realize that I was still dreaming. Is this still considered lucid? Anyways, one of the things that really caught me was when I was floating around in my house. I heard a voice say, which at this point I thought it was my friend's subconscious there that said, "you look different" I questioned this and thought, what do I look like in a mirror? I looked in the mirror and I saw someone that looked like me but was different. He had a mole on his face. I then turned my head and I saw the real me. I then turned my head even more and I saw a face that was... flat, maybe a burnt face, I'm not sure. Then I turned to the farest left and I think I saw an angry face, but i'm not sure because it was only there for maybe a split second. Now I'm just turning my face left and right looking at all the different faces I have. I was grounded at this point when looking in the mirror but now I wanted to fly somewhere else. I tried to float but couldn't so I thought, maybe if I just go back into my body and raise my vibration again I would float out. So I tried to do just that. I saw myself fly back into my body and things turned black again. I tried to raise my vibration, but it felt like I was losing it. Trying to concetrente more, but now I knew that it was fading away and almost gone. So I then slowly opened my eyes. Then I realized, this was all a dream. And I was like no way! Damn lol. This was the most vivid dream I have ever had I believe. It was really clear and I was supprised myself that I saw clear colors in my dream. Anyways, some questions! :] Has anyone had an Astral Dream and still felt the vibrations? Is this considered Lucid dreaming? What does the mirror thing mean? Anyone else have this experience with the mirror? Thanks! |

You can actually start dreaming while astral projecting. And then wake up only to find yourself out of body. If you were aware that the dream was a dream while you were dreaming it, then by definition it is what is defined as a "lucid dream". |

It took time but I noticed that a vibration and buzzing noise preced a astral projection, I thought it was only me but after a internet search I realize there is the norm before a astral dream, I was shocked because if I doubt it were not real or only a dream, the buzzing noise noticed by persons with any conection to me, its almost a scientific evidence of astral projection. Anyone knows what the vibration means? By the way I only see Blue tones while in astral projection from dark blue to glowing blue, and the rooms are the same just with altered dimensions, for example a door that in reality is a percfect rectagle I saw it like a romboide. Has someone have a similar experience? |

The vibration is your energetic body disconnecting from your physical body. Your astral or energetic body can be free of your body but you can still stay in it. So if you don't leave the body once separation has been achieved you'll just hang out in the body like a peanut rattling around in a shell. Feeling the vibration and hearing the sound of acceleration is your clue that you have raised your vibration high enough to escape the confines of the body. But most people just sit there. Fly, stretch, free yourself, and off you go.
