Third Eye Experience - Tunnel to the 4th dimension

Today I was meditating and I got a purple colour appearing in my mind's eye. I focused on that colour and it started to change forms until it got into the shape of an eye.

Then it started to shrink and change colours (purple, indigo and light purple) and I felt like I am going faster and faster and that eye became like a purple light at the end of the black tunnel. It would appear and then dissapear, it felt like I was moving in and out of the tunnels.

Then everything disappeared and when I concentrated on my third eye chakra I could only see a lot of swirling small stars in black sky.

That was a very interesting experience and I just looked up in some threads for the answer of what happened to me. I have found in one thread the answer that what I have experienced was a tunnel to the 4th dimension.

Has anyone experienced the same? Was it really a tunnel to the 4th dimension?

When the chakra changes into the shape of an eye, this means that the self has moved up to a higher frequency. Sometimes it may change into a rectangular opening like a TV screen which is transparent. If you look through that transparent opening you will see into another world. Some of those worlds may appear to be similar to the earth and some might be drastically different. Sometimes however one is able to see into other places on this planet through that transparent opening.

Actually everything does not disappear. What happens is that you disappear from the dimension in which the chakra gyrates. That gyration continues as it is but you are shifted from that dimension. Since you are the reference for you, naturally it feels as if everything has disappeared, but the disappearing act is the self's shift to another dimension.
Then everything disappeared and when I concentrated on my third eye chakra I could only see a lot of swirling small stars in black sky.

This black sky is an important place, called by yogis the chit akasha, the sky of consciousness or the 4th dimension of existence. If this happens again, you may try to enter into that or you may try to link your attention to that atmosphere. This linkage will bring on what is called samadhi trance state.

That was a very interesting experience and I just looked up in some threads for the answer of what happened to me. I have found in one thread the answer that what I have experienced was a tunnel to the 4th dimension.

Has anyone experienced the same? Was it really a tunnel to the 4th dimension?

The exact same thing happened to my about 3 days ago
I had the EXACT(exact) Same experience!
Alot of weird things have been happening and ever so increasingly.
I have always been psychic.
But, now it's just getting down right ridiculous and scary.
I have extremely stong intuition and I see the future way way too dang often.
I feel peoples thoughts/intentions...
My deja vu is extremely scary!
I have been in an exact situation at lease 1,000,000,000 times before and I just start flipping out because at first I am just like WOOOOOW and then the people around me are like "what?" and then they continue to say everything that they have said the 1,000,000,000 times before and I flip out some more. Then it gets really scary because I try to change what has happened 1,000,000,000 times before and it is always the same!
It is actually traumatic.
My dreams come true...
Some of the have symbolism that I understand and remember upon
awakening.

I have had similar experiences but no tunnels or blackness. I first started seeing small transparent objects in my windshield as I was driving about two years ago. the shapes are are small circles at first they were just about two or three that were together and now there are ~anywhere from 8-12 small cirles they are all clear and then like a pearl color with a purple color around the very edge of them they are really tiny sometimes though each one is probably half the size of a pea. then there seems to be one in the center which is purple and moves back and forth from side to side. I do not need to meditate to see this I just see it anytime i am in the light.

Then there are like half moon sapes that i see out of the corner of my eye. I have also taken pics of orbs etc. Id like to post some of the pics of the orbs that i have taken while I was in mexico inside of a blue hole near cancun.

I assume I am seeing my third eye or my fifth eye...i have a book on kundalini rising and it talks about a 3rd 4th 5th eye to 7.

Just trying to understand for sure what I am seeiong .

Also in my rearview mirror a small ball the size of a half dollar with all the colors of the rainbow in it is this my third eye too??

You will know if it is your third eye when it happens both with eyes closed and eyes open. Third eye is not operating with the physical optic system.

But they are subtle eyes in the subtle body which is used in lucid dreams and astral projections. these subtle eyes may operate with or without the physical eyes. More than likely you are experiencing their vision while seeing physically at the same time.

One more note: third eye is always a singular vision. It operates through one vision opening. Eyes of the subtle body are dual vision just like eyes of the physical body.

Oh! I read through that it makes sense....i typically do much better with pictures and videos so that helps in identifying the third eye and clarifies my questions. Are there are pictures of the subtle body eyes?

I wish I could draw a picture of what I see because it does not look like an eye at all I read a book by Vera Stanley Alder The Finding of the Third eye...in her book she descibes the third eye as a third deminsonal energy. She refers to this on pages 127-138. I believe that this actually could be my third eye. Her book was written in 1938. She also has another book called the fifth dimension but I still havent been able to digest all of the information from this book yet.

I drew illustrations for my book which I mentioned in the last posting. The third eye I am talking about is the brow chakra of the yoga system. It only manifest between the eyebrows. That is its location. The subtle eyes are on the subtle body and they are superimposed into the physical eyes when you are awake and they are experienced in astral projection and lucid dreaming as regular eyes on those levels.
Don't expect that everyone will agree on what 3rd eye is or how it functions. Each person might define it different.
I am giving the standard definition according to yoga and by my own experiences as a teacher of kundalini yoga and a person who has maintained a meditation practice for over 30 years.
As for the subtle eyes, if you were ever in a lucid dream or astral projection, the eyes you were using them are the subtle eyes. These seperate out of the physical body while it sleeps. And they are again fused back into the physical system when you are awake.

Thank you for your insight I apprecaite it. I apologize if i have offended you; I was reading about lucid dreams and astral prjection earlier so what you say here about the subtle eyes makes a ton of sense here. In reference to the brow chakra I have been channelled information from higher sources that says that the third eye brow chakra can manifest into third density. it will originate at the exact location o fthe brow chakra and then project out at a 45 degree angle because the pineal gland houses the third eye it stores up on light energy and the faster the vibration and more light it has the better ability for it to manifest into 3rd density but that is just my take. I certainly do not have your credentials.

I am not a know it all but I do have some years of experience in meditation and astral projection and I teach kundalini yoga. So what I am telling you can be verified in old yoga books like Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita.
My experience is that pineal gland is related to third eye and work in conjunction with it but it is not the third eye , nor is it the exact physical counterpart of third eye. the thing that is the corresponds directly to pineal gland is your imagination faculty. That is also an eye but it functions differently and occurs in the middle of the head and not at the center of the eyebrows.

I am not familiar with the third density terminology so you will have to take their word for it and try to verify it for yourself.

The idea that it can project at 30 degrees is valid.
I have had experiences where a tube protrudes out from the center of the forehead and goes in any direction one desires and even acts as a microscope where it can see into micro-organisms. Third eye is capable of many types of visions, even vision like Imaging machines which are used in medical science, but in yoga our main concern is to see into other dimensions and to travel there.

Imagination faculty

I am not sure what that is? I have never heard that term before. I am following you on everything here except for this part. Its my understanding that the chakras are physically located primarliy in the center of the body down the spinal column then there is a front side and backside. Sooo if teh brow chakra is on the front then the spinal location of the pineal gland would be also the same chakra but just a different name only asking here guess it seems to make sense for me if this is the case

Since until now I have never heard of imaginatiuon faculty >>> where is there mor info on this.

thats great that you travel to other worlds but dont you think that we should work on ours first>>>we have alot of issues here and seems like a very small amount of people are open minded perhaps if some of these happenings could be manifested into our world that may make a difference for the better most people may disagree with me but I belive that man is bascially good I think our focus should be on oursleves and our planet first!

After the throat chakra which covers the thorac region, the next major chakra is the 3rd eye and then there is the crown chakras, but they are other chakras in the head and also they are other mystic organs in the head of the subtle body.

You are thinking like that because of the assumption that you can change the essential nature of this place, and perhaps you will. But I have seen better places in higher dimensions and my plan is to migrate just as people leave the underdeveloped countries and go to developed places.

I read the link I think I need to link the buddhi organ to the third eye. I think those things in my windshiled are the stars that are refernced in that link. Is the buddhi organ affected greatly by light? If i look at a light bulb I pull away and go into a dark room and I see this object float from side to side unless I am just seeing things

Are the methods for doiing this in your book?

As far as linking the buddhi organ to the third eye, that is happening already anytime you focus forward in the head. As soon as your attention moves forward into the frontal lobe of the brain, the buddhi organ gets linked into the third eye and into the five sensual organs.

So what you need to do is to realise how this is taking place. Usually we are using these psychic apparatus and we take it for granted so we do not observe how it is going on. What yogis do to understand this and to observe it in great detail, is to practice the 5th step of yoga which is called pratyahar, which means to pull in the sensual energies. When doing that there is an impulsive force which pulls against one's will power and one studies what happens when one releases one grasp on the energies and they fly forward and outward.

This study gives one some idea of how the buddhi is fused into the third eye or the senses.

You are not going to learn all of this overnight. Like everything else, it will take some time for you to get this under your skin.

When you see the stars in the pitch black or dark blue sky, retreat to the back of the head slightly to the right side back near the inner ear.

From there look forward.
If you hear a high pitched frequency sound, listen to it as you peer forward.

If you man an attempt to pursue the star it will disappear. Therefore peer at it but do not make an attempt to control it or to make it stay where it is.

Sometimes during this practice the center of the forehead will open up and you will see into another environment. It will be as if your forehead has become a window into another world.

Wow ..talk about full circle... ok ill try to explain this as best i can. ill try to keep it short but i know i could write a book on this--hopefully people can relate or even guide me further

so a few years ago i was unhappy with life. things in life were actually going well, but i was depressed in search of something i did not even know what i was in search for. one day a professor of mine casually mentioned the quantum leap of an electron. this wasn't a science class and i generally slept through the class..but this really stuck with me for whatever reason(which now i know why) so i began researching quantum physics.

blah blah blah..i ended up here a couple weeks later entering the psychic realm. after about a year of searching, beginning mediation, and talking with many psychics (most fakes) but gathering important information from real ones i realized the connect between physics and psychics. Which i also bet it is no coincidence they are spelled similarly =).

Well this gathering of information seemed to satisfy my soul, or as I like to call it, me.

(I explained it to my brother who plays videogames, he plays world of warcraft, and that he is his characters soul, and that our souls 'play' world of Earth through us.)

Anyway i was able to focus on life and really appreciate everything around me. I meditate rarely, more frequent than most of course, but rarely compared to many professionals found here. I also have been focusing on my body and mind. Getting into the gym, and continuing to learn for my mind. All 3 parts that make me me in this reality are in sync right now.

So I had a dream the other day where I was on my own "planet", and i began traveling very fast(controlled) all the way to what i believed was light speed. I personally believe I experienced what it is like to travel at light speed. I have been watching Carl Sagans "The Cosmos" and that is where full circle comes into effect here.

In his show he shows what he believes it would look like to travel at light speed. In my dream, if I was traveling at light speed, the view was the complete opposite. In front of me was the black tunnel, surrounded by a purple haze and moving like a liquid glob, and on my periphiral i was able to see the trees and world I was on. Although at light speed I would have lapped the world a million times, there was still something very surreal about it. In Carl Sagans show, his light speed travel has the periphiral blacked out and the front the images, i think it is reversed because since you are traveling at the speed of light and time, what would be directly in front of you would not have reached you yet.

Anyway, I found THIS post as i was searching for people who have experienced the 4th dimension (the sphere who pulls out the square in flatland) and then i realized holy ****, this is where i started!

So in searching for a question about 4th dimension due to a spark created by Carl Sagans "Cosmos", I found the answer to my dream in which i didn't see the connection until now.

I believe this means my higher self is trying to get in touch with me or make me listen, I will be meditating more this week.

What is this samadhi trance experience?
When I sit quiet and stare a point the my view becomes very strange the colors go op in contrast, everything is less sharp and I feel somehow a bit strange, but better. Is this comparable?

Guys i dont mean to sound negative but isn't the fourth dimension where reptilians and false ascended masters reside through their own heirarchies?

I thought that with the earth changes up to 2012, we are now collectively as a planet moving into the fifth dimension, why would we want to go back into a place of dark energies/illusions.

I came to this post because i wanted to know where 3rd eye meditations takes you and as some of you have said it is the 4th dimension.

i used to meditate on my 3rd eye and i too saw swirling purple colours and shapes that almost looked solid, it felt like i was travelling in dark space and sometimes moving past stars. I stopped doing this for ages now because i am too lazy to meditate. But yes i'm still fascinated by what people see when they go within.

Or is it the case in order to experience higher dimensions you have to go through the 3rd eye regardless and work your way up?

I read that whatever your current vibrational level is now, is what will be reflected in your experiences when you go within your 3rd eye.
So if a person operates on a fear based level on earth then they may see scary images in the 3rd eye. Where as a person with loving positive energies who do not fear and just love everything as oneness may experience beautiful images.

This is why we are always told to raise our vibrational levels. we can either operate on a love or fear based level, and the universe is then reflected back to us in the way we operate.

I had the same experience last night it was amazing..i drew up alot of energy and made some psi balls..but like some of you as the plasma colored purple and indigo tunnel got bigger i freaked out too and screamed..why did I do this can I go back there and wow.

Haggrayhn, I also see these clear globules you are referring to. What you are seeing is the Universal Energy Field, which I read about in Barbara Brennan's book Hands of Light: A Guide to Healing Through the Human Energy Field.

Hi. Like someone else on here, am new to this forum. This was the closest thing that came up in my search to what I experienced last night.

I couldn't sleep for a long time. I felt like there was too much going on in my head. I have never meditated before. I lay in bed trying to think of nothing and calm down. Basically try to get to sleep. Then I saw an amazing colour of purple. It was swirling almost in circles and there was a very, very light purple circle at the centre of the swirl.

It looked amazing, and I felt this warmth when looking at it. I know it wasn't a dream as I could still hear my partner snoring (!), and at this point found it quite easy to jump from listening to him and thinking about something or another to looking at this purple swirl and circle.

I felt as if I went towards it, and when I got there, I saw the image of a woman holding her stomach. She was pregnant. I can see what she was wearing, but I didn't see her face. I saw the image of a baby in utero, and I saw the outline of a figure. There was occasional darkness around me, but mainly the purple light/swirl/circle.

Now this may sound strange, but the past week or so, I have felt like there is somebody else in the house, even though it is just me and my 7 month old daughter. My partner is currently away with work, but even when he has been here, I have still felt like there is someone else in the house. It doesn't scare me. I feel a little unsettled I guess, but not scared. I thought that when I woke up after finally falling asleep last night, I saw a figure standing next to the bed, but as quickly as I saw it, it disappeared.

I have had a light-medium headache all day and the little info I have found says that this could be normal.

I didn't try to open my third eye, but from reading other experiences, I have somehow done this, or at least am getting close to doing this? Should I be trying to do it for it to happen, or is it ok that it "just" happened? Any info/tips/suggestions on what to do, how to manage it, even something that I can use as a reference would be fantastic!
