I read a book recently called 'Soul Flight' but unfortunately the author escapes me.

He said that during astral travel we don't 'leave our bodies' and explore the 'outside' because there is no outside. The world we percieve is internal so thus our astral travels are also internal.

Is this really true?

And also he suggested that it is possible to meet all kinds of entities? With regards to the separation as discussed in ACIM, have we really separated into all forms and into all dimensions away from the Source? Has it really gone that far?

ACIM the urtext is different to the text they use now, but its best to experience that stuff instead of theory "dont try to figure it out"
