Anyone feel people's energy?
Just curious - can you perceive different energies for people? For example, I can "find" my daughter & sons, boyfriend, even my deceased parents by feeling for their energy "footprint". And at work, I can usually tell where people are by tuning into their energy.
Anyone else feel like that?

Feeling Energies from People...
I have the gift of intuition and at times its very strong. I like to talk to people and swap stories, experiences or whatever. I can always tell by a person's eyes or body language what's going on at that particular moment. Then there's the energy they either put off (positive or negative) or suck out of you. Those vibes are real and I always hear people say, "I get a bad vibe from that person." Well, that is pretty close to the truth even if you don't necessarily mean it in the direct sense it was intended. I believe everyone radiates energy - good or not so good - nonetheless it is real. You can learn some initial things or feelings about someone just by standing right next to them - without even saying a word if you are in tune.

Not only do I feel it, I become the people I am around.
If I am around a stressed low person, I become stressed and anxious just like them. I have had to fight this, and have recently become better at blocking that out.
I guess this is quite common though.

The way I learned to block other people's painful energy was:
a) face up to and deal with the pain in my life that was triggered when I saw other people in pain. Not a quick fix, did lots of EFT and other healing, lots of crying and working through past issues- I'm mostly there now!
b) get reike attuned. Not essential, but I did notice an improvement after recieving reike 1 attunement. (Could be a co-incidence as I was doing a lot of healing around that time anyway).
c) visualising myself protected by white light
d) started doing meditations a couple of times a week to relax me.
e) started seeing life as more of a game and learning that I'm not responsible for other people's happiness.
hope that helps. It wasn't something that happened overnight, just a gradual processs.
