Glad to hear you had a great time Erin!! I stopped you in the hall one day and said hi real quick in between work shops. I was buzzing around after the Sonia Choquette session (she was more then I could have ever imagined). I have to say, that was probably one of the best weekends I have had (outside of maybe marrying my dear husband). I have never done anything like that especially on my own, even conferences, and to attend something so positive, growth orientated, and energizing was incredible. The rooms, the halls, the energy was amazing in general. Transformational is a good word, I am still processing everything. I wish I could have attended Steve's session, I was on the fence on attending that session or focusing on the goals and workshops I had lined up for the weekend. I enjoyed everything, so I am not regretful.....but do wish I could have experienced his inspiration in person. After this weekend though, it is HIGHLY likely I will make this a yearly event for myself, and hopefully bring along a few people next time as well. You are right too, food was tough to come by. I am about 70% raw with some allergies, so I packed a larger suitcase with a soft cooler and all my food for two days. A pre-trip google search proved little resources around he hotel, so decided best to focus on the seminars versus struggling to find food. Incredible weekend though.....glad to meet you even if it was a quick hello. Erin Castle Rock, Colorado |

Steve's been steadily having a receding hairline for years. That other photo of him that was on the site was like 10 years old. It's a hereditary thing for him. He's just lucky that I find bald men extremely sexy. Captain Jean Luc Picard anyone? |

| Not sure if this was serious or not, but some people have actually found their hair growing back with a cleaner diet. MSM is a big supplement for that, as are silica and good quality essential fatty acids. Also, it's normal when you're detoxing for a lot of hair to fall out, but often it tends to grow back thicker. I had this happen when I first switched to 100% raw. Then when I switched from very high raw to much cleaner (more juices, wheatgrass juice, less fat, etc.), I lost a lot of hair again. My husband and I would joke that it was a wonder I didn't go bald. It never ended up looking thin, though, and now I have all these spiky 3 inch hairs that go wild because it's a bunch of new hair growth. Lots of fun in humidity, let me tell you! If the old picture was from 10 years ago, then I'd say Steve's aging quite well! |

I came to know from an Indian yoga guru that if you rub your finger nails of both hands with each other everyday 15 min for about one year the hair would grow naturally. And also the grey hair turns to its natural color. I think this is one of the acupuncture techniques. When you start this process with in first 3 months there will not be any hair fall and afterwards the new hair starts growing.

Erin, Your article has a broken link. Sandra Taylor's site is a .net address, not .com. Working link: Sandra Anne Taylor - home Apparently I'm able to intuitively sense stuff like this. I just felt drawn to check out her website--I have some sort of attraction to twins; the idea of twins just fascinates me--and then *blam*--broken link. |
